Spectrum’s experienced teams of geoscientists integrate seismic interpretation with well data and remote sensing information to evaluate the hydrocarbon potential of the basins in which we work. This information helps us to plan future Multi-Client projects targeting key plays and solving any imaging problems to provide a valuable exploration tool to our clients.
Our findings are compiled into informative reports and “Exploration Starter Packs” which often give our clients the valuable stepping stones they require to begin hydrocarbon exploration within frontier and underexplored regions, or to assist in chasing new play-types in more established hydrocarbon-producing areas.
Data comprises new seismic acquisition, reprocessed seismic and also prospectivity and interpretation reports. New projects are carefully selected to ensure they are relevant to future hydrocarbon exploration.
The Multi-Client department often works closely with local governments to commission new surveys or reprocess archived data to successfully rejuvenate exploration interest within a region. This approach ensures that our seismic survey design is fully relevant to those wishing to participate in licensing rounds.
