Spectrum ASA: Change in Share Capital (2018-09-03T10:14:26 CEST)

336,000 share options have been exercised and 336,000 shares, each with a face value of NOK 1.0, have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's share capital after the registration of the new shares is NOK 54,785,103.
